WHO ARE WE?
Turnkey Educational Group, LLC is a US educational consultancy firm offering a number of different training and tutoring services. Using premier teaching platforms, learning management systems and well designed curricula, we seek to offer these services to working professionals and students who are looking for a convenient, and affordable way to learn English.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for experienced teachers who are flexible and committed. Our instructors should be very professional and create fun and engaging classes.

We are looking for the candidates with the following:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience teaching K-12 (preferred)
• Demonstrated professionalism and commitment
• Availability to teach at least 4 hours per week (classes are anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours maximum)

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
All classes are conducted as live online lessons. You will teach a minimum of three students at a time and no more than eight. You’ll need a few simple things to be eligible:
• A laptop or desktop computer with a strong internet connection (DSL strongly preferred)
• A headset & webcam
• A suitable and quiet place from where you teach

HOW MUCH CAN I EARN?
Our top-performing teachers earn as much as $28 per hour and up to $35 for outstanding and loyal teachers.
In addition to hourly compensation, there are even more ways to earn:
• Referral incentives
• Performance-based incentives
• Pay raises commensurate with performance and training completion
