We are urgently currently looking for talented, passionate and highly motivated ESL Trainers to work from home. MUST be living in the USA. Preferably East Coast and Central since clients are based in France.
Job description
ESL Trainers work with professionals whose first language is not English. They work in a range of areas to help learners develop linguistic and cultural competences to participate fully in business negotiations, work and cultural environments.
Work activities
Teachers or tutors deliver telephone classes and virtual classes to our clients.
Typical activities include:
planning, preparing and delivering lessons to individuals;
carrying out assessments of students' needs;
assessing students' progress;
attending and contributing to training sessions (over Skype - No travel required)
Required skills:
English (mother tongue) (a second language such as French is an asset)
At least 2 to 3 years experience in a business environment with an ESL certificate (an asset)
Good computer skills and abilities to use search engines efficiently
Availability:
You should be available to work 5 days week from at least 8 a.m to 4 p.m EST. If you are NOT available during these working hours, we won't consider your application.
Benefits:
The privilege of working from home.
Paid for every 30 minutes lessons (uncapped - the maximum lessons you give the more your make straight up).
