We are a not-for-profit school with classrooms in Wenzhou, China, offering extracurricular courses. The school has a plan to provide its students with online sessions of English speaking and listening comprehension sessions, and seeking qualified ESL teachers.

Most of our students are from local junior high schools. They will join in-classroom English courses and some of them will take the online sessions in groups of up to five. The teacher will decide the topic, and there won't be any homework. Handouts will be up to the teacher. The school will provide a commercial video conferencing software that works on Windows, Mac, smart phones and tablets. You need to have a high speed, stable wifi connection, a professional looking background for video conferencing, a quiet environment, and a working device with a working camera and speaker to capture and transmit video and audio.

We pay USD$25 per session (through paypal), which is 55 minutes plus 5 minutes for students to adjust their devices. We pay by session, but we expect a long term working relationship. Teachers will be rated by students, as well as their parents and the school will work with the best teachers. As students may be located in a time zone a few hours different from yours, your working hours may not be ideal. However, we have plenty of students seeking online English education, and if you are a top rated teacher, you can expect to be well booked.
