Hello! I am an ESL teacher and writer with extensive experience living and working abroad. Apart from teaching the general subjects in ESL, I specialize in preparing students for the iBT TOEFL exam and in accent-reduction training. I earned my BA at the University of Florida in Spanish Language and Literature and my MA at Portland State University in Applied Linguistics/Teaching English As a Second Language. I have also taken courses at University of Pennsylvania. Since then, I have taught at various universities including University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, University of Florida in Gainesville, and Portland State University in Portland, OR.
