Responsible for instructing students in foreign countries in a real-time, online setting. Develop lesson plans and instruct young students (K-12) in English as a second language and promote a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.

Primary Responsibilities
Create an energetic educational climate for students to learn in.
Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a wide range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies
Utilize curricula that reflect the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the students served.
Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that develops each student’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen in English
Observe and evaluate student's performance.
Maintain good and friendly relationships with the students and onsite teachers (if available), so that they can communicate openly with the teacher
Prepare accurate records of student progress and distribute required grade reports.
Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings.
Maintain high speed internet or relevant technology to support seamless online instruction

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
