Seeking dedicated Online English teachers who love teaching all level English learners and want to make a difference! Our intelligent product, the LinCo App, aims to connect Chinese students to reach their academic goals by having conversation with personable, motivated and excellent native English teachers. The tutoring session will be held on LinCo by associating with Facetime or Skype The tutoring session will be finished on our app by associating with facetime or Skype. We mainly focus on oral English teaching.

Opportunities and Responsibilities:
Daily general conversation (quick match) and teaching class (appointment session) with students
Learning and organizational skills, also teaching experience for education major candidates
Have your own curriculum prepared

Requirements:
Certified teachers, English related major college students, graduates or degree professionals
Prior ESL teaching or tutoring experience is a plus
Patience, warmth and friendliness
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated track record of professionalism and dependability
Skills: smart phone and online video chat program
“Night Owl” and “Early bird” is a plus (Time zone differentiation)

LinCo online system will market for you and automatically match you with students who fit your expertise and schedule
We prescreen and qualify each student
Provide professional online scheduling and client management system
Note: This is a part-time opportunity with flexible working hours.

Compensation: Independent contractor position; $20-$30/hr depending on the teaching mode you offer also with qualifications & expertise.
