Online English teachers needed--Native speaker only

Joyful Language school is an online english tutoring school based in Beijing. Our students are from 5-16 years old. And we focus on improving students reading. We are currently looking for excellent teachers to join in.

Tutor qualification:
English must be native language;
Teaching experience preferred;
Teaching license or ESL certification preferred;
Communication skills are necessary;
Enthusiasm is necessary;
Ability to motivate students is necessary

Working hours
Beijing time 6pm-8:30pm from Monday to Friday, and 9am to 8:30pm during weekends, teachers can pick anytime from above given period. So it is flexible, and we will arrange the class according to your timetable.

Payment
The starting pay is 12 dollars per hour, and we pay by papal. We hope to build long-term cooperation with teachers, so the pay will be increased steady during our cooperation.
