I hails from the state of Pennsylvania, for which I live in a small town which is located in a valley of the Appalachian Mountains.

Currently I am living in Olongapo City, Philippines.

I have a Masters Degree in the field of “Special Education”. I have taught a wide range of students from Japan, Korea, China, Twain, Vietnam, Russia, France, Saudi Arabia, Chile Etc. I have taught students as young as 5 years old up to the age of 71.

Over the course of many years as an ESL teacher I have taught wide variety of English subjects, such as phonics for young beginners, conversation & listening enhancement, basic grammar, reading comprehension, pronunciation enhancement, IELTS speaking & writing just to name a few.

For the past 10 years I’ve been teaching IELTS speaking & writing, with the majority of my IELTS students going to pass their exams with a total band score between 6.5-8.0.

I use a wide range of teaching materials and methods when it comes to teaching English as a second language to my students. I know from experience that learning a second language, Esp. English can be difficult, stressful, and yet fun.

I know that learning English, or any other language or subject can be hard and or stressful, therefore as teachers we need to make our students feel relaxed while learning, and as teachers we need to make our classroom setting enjoyable, by doing so our students will want to learn, and will participate more in class activities.

Together we can make learning English as your second language more enjoyable, while having fun in the process, together we can conquer English.
