Home-based Online Filipino Part-time English Tutors

Brain English is looking to recruit friendly and enthusiastic tutors and managers with good English communication skills. Tutors can conduct online lessons in English from the comfort of your own home.

You can have classes at your home or anywhere on the website if skype is available on the computer. Tutors will have classes with given curriculum for Korean students and seniors who want to learn English speaking and writing.

Classes can be taught for a group or an individual according to the occasions.

Later my company will send teaching guideline to hired tutors.

We pay $7 per 1 hour.
One class can be divided for 20 minutes and 40 minutes for students who prefer their convenient time.

Our Advantages:
• Work from home or whereabouts at least 2 or 3 mbps of internet connection if skype is available
• Flexible schedules(from 3 p.m to 11 at Korean Time)
• Manager can set fixed time schedules for more effective time management

• Provide lesson materials or tutors can choose if necessary.
• Incentives for tutors who acquire over 35 students and make students taking their lessons over one year

Responsibilities:
• Be punctual with high sense of responsibility
• Assess student's English level on the website
• Revising students' essays
• Evaluate students' performance
• Make a plan about giving homework for writing
• Carry out effective one on one English lessons with students via 20 minute Skype
• Check out teaching schedules to see if next class is a group or an individual lesson before starting a class
• Neutral accent like American or Briton but not local tone and accent

Requirements:
• Have B.A degree or Teaching certificate (TESOL)
• Must have the patience and passion
• Computer-proficient skill
• Correct grammar and pronunciation mistakes for students
• Desktop or laptop with high-speed Internet connection (at least 2 mbps download and 1 mbps upload) with audio/video capability and a cell phone.
