My name is Liz, from the Philippines. I have been an English tutor since 2008, starting with face to face teaching before transitioning to online teaching. I have a Bachelor’s degree in English and speak with a neutral or near-native accent. More than that I can offer a deep appreciation for the English language as a powerful medium to reach out to the world.

I teach through Skype and the materials that I use are often articles from free and shareable sources. Common topics are current events, motivational articles and others that stimulate a good conversation.

I can also help you with your English writing skills, such as in writing emails, essays, presentations or other documents. I can help you practice your presentations or go through your documents with you to make sure that they are free of grammatical errors as well as to check that they are clear and coherent.

My rate is $6 per 50 minutes which can be split into two or more sessions if the student wishes for 25 minutes lessons instead.
