Dear American or British ESL tutors.
We're looking for teachers to work from home, teaching Latin American students to communicate in English as a Second Language.

Requirements:
- We're hiring ONLY American or British tutors at the moment;
- Tutors must be familiar with the English grammar;
- Experience is a plus - not mandatory;
- Certification is a plus - not mandatory;
- Availability for Evenings from Monday to Friday at Sao Paulo time or;
- Availability for Mornings from Monday to Friday at Sao Paulo time

How we work:
- One on One classes by skype;
- Classes last 55 minutes;
- We help students improve their speaking skills, achieving their communication goals;
- We provide teachers with a lot of material but teachers should prepare classes according to their likes/ interests;
- Light homework correction;
- Free 30 minute trial class to new students
- Most students study on a fixed schedule
- If they need to reschedule classes, we work with a 4 hour cancelation policy;
- Pay is 11usd per class;
- Payment every Monday using PayPal;
