1. Select your target You should find out and know who your target is before writing a sales letter. Your sales letter will be more effective when you know the target audience. Make your letter target oriented to make them motivated to buy the product or service you want to sell. Selection of the target reader will help you to customize it with information, data and examples.
2. Language Use a persuasive language in the sales letter. The language should be simple but effective. Use correct language in the sales letters.
3. Originality Maintain originality in the sales letter. If you copy the letter and the readers find that out, then you are sure to lose sales as well as goodwill. So keep the originality intact even in quick sales letter writing.
4. Make it personal Address the readers with proper salutation and if possible use their names in the sales letter when you send it to them.
5. Objective You should know the objective of the sale letter while writing. The main objective is to motivate the readers to buy your product or service. So, keeping that objective in mind, you should write your sales letter. If you know the objective then you can perform quick sales letter writing.
6. Concise Make it concise. Nobody will like to read a letter that is too long. There is no point if writing the same thing many times with different words. People will understand that and that may be a deterrent for your product. Make it concise and effective. Quick sales letter writing is possible with concise sales letter.
