Shengda Economics Trade and Management College of Zhengzhou University, ratified by the State Education Commission and jointly established by Taibei Guangxing Culture and Education Fund (with Mr. Wang Guangya as the president) and Zhengzhou University in 1994, is a full-time institute of higher learning. The institute is a part of Shengda University, for which preparations are being made. Shengda College consists of Economics and Trade Department, Management Department, Law Department and Foreign Language Department. This makes it an ideal place for study and research.

Sheng-Da College is located near the southern section of Zhong Shan Road in the developing area, Xinzheng, Zhengzhou city, 300meters to the east of the expressway #107. The campus is located in a clean and quiet environment. Shengda Economics Trade and Management College covers an area of over 730,000 sq. meters with a building area of more than 360,000 square meters. There are more than 40 impressive buildings with the artistic combination of oriental and western style.

The college is composed of complete facilities and a strong teaching faculty. The college now has nearly 12,000 full-time undergraduates and professional college graduates, and 8 departments, offering 29 specialties. Thus, the college has shaped into a multilevel and multiform schooling system focusing on undergraduate education.

The college attaches great importance to foreign exchanges. It has established sister school relationship with Northwood University and Buena Vista in U.S.A and Kingxi University in South Korea and has regular educational and cultural exchanges with them.
