Take English language classes. Colleges and private schools both offer such classes. It's pivotal to take English language classes, as your knowledge of grammar is expanded and solidified and you have a teacher in front of you who can immediately correct you if you make a mistake. Furthermore, the teacher is trained to explain clearly and simply any nuances of English grammar that you find confusing.

Consider living with a host family. Most English language courses have a homestay program, where they match you with English-speaking families or individuals with a spare room in their house. If you get placed with a kind family interested in talking with you, you could improve your English language skills exponentially. However, keep in mind that it is a gamble--not every family is going to be welcoming, nor feel like talking with you.

Befriend native speakers. Making friends with people whom you genuinely like and enjoy spending time with--who happen to be native speakers of English--will help you practice and improve dramatically. Meet people the way you normally would in your own country--join clubs and activities, and go to parties and events.
