For whom it may concern,

My experience as an English teacher, even if it not as professional as needed, has developed a passion and personal commitment to three things: fostering a positive learning environment for students with various backgrounds, maximising individual student performance and developing student interest in technology. I do not possess the university degree sadly but i am starting the online schooling progress of receiving one.
I do possess TEFL English instructor certificate and even tho i do not have any teaching experience i hope i can gain experience in your school. I believe in my skills as instructor and i did have couple of 1 on 1 private lessons in my country and i think i woudn't disappoint.

In my most recent experience as a instructor, I developed highly effective lesson plans, motivational exercises and effective assessments that promoted interest and knowledge retention. During my training as a teacher, I was exposed to various methods of teaching and ways to interact with the children and adults. My ability to teach a complex subject in a simple way makes my application for teacher a valid and just cause. Although it is true that I have not worked as a professional teacher before yet, I believe I do have the mindset and ability for teaching the students in the correct way. Although I do not have any previous experience of professional teaching yet, I do have prior experience of interacting with the students and understanding their basic problems and finding solution of the same. During my professional courses, I was taught to interact with the students in the way which makes it interesting to learn and I follow the same procedure while teaching. With a TEFL certification and a proper ways of teaching, I aim towards understanding the needs of the student and their fears and problems so that I can help them overcome them. Also, my teaching process is lucid enough enabling the students to thoroughly understand the concepts.
