Travel to Europe
By:Ramon Van Meer

Lists and lists have been made of places to go and visit before you die. There are a total of 27 countries and more to see in Europe alone, and there's enough to see in these places to last you a lifetime. With Europe becoming one as the European Union, it's now easy to cross borders without the hassles of being checked and with the EU having one currency used around is greatly beneficial for a traveler who seeks to "conquer the world"! Why people travel is a question that has answers as numerous as the population of the world. It is different for every traveler and with a trip to Europe, even with the union and having a single currency; every country in Europe has maintained its own unique qualities and offers pretty much everything.

To stimulate the eyes, Europe is landmarks galore! The most well known of landmarks are found here like the Eiffel Tower in France, The Coliseum in Italy, the Big Ben in England. Europe is also the place for picture perfect scenery, be it landscapes with cliffs, hills, sand, and water. There are breathtaking views of the Alps in Switzerland, the most inviting of beaches can be found in Spain and you can choose any of the beautiful islands that are found in Greece. The people in each country in Europe are very interesting and friendly too.

Aside from the locals, you will get to meet other travelers on their own trips to discover what Europe is too. Europe is where peoples of all nationalities converge, meet them in the streets of Venice or relax with them while listening to music and drinking one of the best tasting beers brewed in Germany. Immerse yourself in cultures upon cultures; go visit the endless offerings of museums, theaters, art exhibits in Europe specifically in Paris, London, Rome and Amsterdam.

There is enough to see and do in Europe all year round. One could take cruises, scenic boat tours on famous rivers, go biking in the country, shop till you drop at posh boutiques, go winery touring and sip all kinds of wine. The most perfect months to enjoy the south of Europe are May, June, September and October. July and August is the best time to visit Northern Europe, Central Europe and Eastern Europe. From November to March, it gets pretty cold in Europe but there are many travel bargains during this time and you could add snow excursions to the list of things to do.
