Taka, I am a teacher learning English. I asked to 2 of my English teachers from Canada and my head master from Australia this question and they don't know how to explain it neither. Shame on my country schools to pay 2 to 3 times more to native English teachers than local teachers. I really hope this can change soon and all this so call teachers can go back to their countries.
