Smart countries are those with small populations that limit population growth. Governments that encourage childbirth are foolish and irresponsible. Like the Australian government 15 years ago and their stupid "baby bonus" scheme. Suggesting that women in overpopulated cities like Sydney that already have huge infrastructure problems have more kids is just lunacy.
