Greetings from chilly South Australia
It's my first time posting here so please take it easy on me.
I have not taught ESL for over 10 years and have now been offered a position teaching C2 to 13 - 16 year olds in a Laos organisation.Not much additional information at this stage as contact only made on Friday gone.
I was a high school teacher PE/History for 15 years before doing my CELTA (Pass A) and embarking on two ESL stints with my family in China and Laos in the early 2000s. This was a mixed bag of teaching primary, high and adults but mostly at the beginner to intermediate level.
I am worried C2 may be too big a jump for me despite my willingness to learn and ability to be flexible, innovative and professional in my preparation.
Any feedback or recommendations greatly appreciated.
