The reason why anyone needs help from any police force is because someone is breaking the law. It shouldn't matter where they come from or which country they are in, what should matter is they are harming innocent people.

If the teachers in Korea are committing an ofence against the students, complain to the police, not a discussion board. What is being discussed ere is the unwillingness of a police force in Thailand to do anything about catching a criminal. Thailand is part of Asia, it holds to the "Asian Principles" that are a collective group of actions and inactions held true by s group of people from a region of the world and used to quash "Western Ideas" from entering the Asian domain.
