As this person is using a Post Office Mailing Box, and the fact that this post office is close to the address of the other scammer Paul Adler, I would definately think twice or more.

As a recruiter in Thailand, I have considered going into the Japanese market, but as there are so many people wanting to go there the schools don't need to use recruiters to get teachers. Also the Japanese consulate will not issue a visa on a photocopied passport, only in the original.
