BUT WHY? If a boss can fire you at 11 months for doing a sub standard job, he will do it to save paying a 12 month bonus and airfare. The boss appears to have made a just decision in the eyes of the Immigration department.

Bullies step on you for their own advancement...does this sound familiar in your situation? I know of incidences where books, stationery, non-poisonous heating, air-conditioning, a positive emotional atmosphere,and satisfactory accommodation were lacking and where bullying, grey areas in contracts designed as rip-offs,defamation and sexual abuse were present.
