I am sorry, but the acid test for me of what kind of expat a person is when you ask them where to go in Thailand and they give their answer. If they say Koh Chang, Koh Samui, Hua Hin or Phuket they are usually on the ball. When they start saying places like Pattaya, and Bangkok I assume that they are potential sexual tourists.
