Re: China:New entry and exit administrative law

Do these new changes mean that my employer will cancel my residency status when my contract ends? I have received an email from my employer suggesting that this is the case, and I was told previously this wouldn't happen. Is it normal policy to end the residency permit?

Do they give a period for one to exit the country? Previously I had also been told that at the end of a working visa/permit one had a 1 month tourist visa. Does this still apply for the new policy, or have I been dreaming all along.

Any information to clarify this would be great.

Kind regards;

Yang Guang
