How to Improve Your Social Confidence?
By:Martin G King

Looking for some tips on how to improve your social confidence? Look no further -this article will solve your problem! I'll share with you top three things that you can do to feel more comfortable with people and get rid of your social anxiety. Put these tips to use and I'm sure that you'll feel more confident than ever before!

1. Approach strangers and ask them simple questions

No, it isn't as scary as it looks! You can simply ask for the time or directions. It doesn't matter if you have a watch (people won't even notice it) and it doesn't matter if you're really lost. The idea is to approach as many strangers in an hour as it's possible and face your fears.

If you're a guy, the best idea is to approach pretty girls. It'll be the most difficult, but it'll improve your social confidence the most. Go with your friend (who also wants to improve his confidence) to a shopping mall and do this exercise there (or in any other place with many people around).

2. Attend different events

Expand your comfort zone by attending various events. Not into theatre? Then go there and learn something new! Afraid of public speaking? Join local Toastmasters group. Don't know how to dance? Take some dance classes (and meet some girls!).

Make your life more interesting and you'll feel more confident. Spend more time around people and you'll feel comfortable around people. Simple, isn't it? And not only that - attending different events will also greatly expand your social circle. The more people you know, the higher your social confidence is!

3. Talk to one stranger a day

Here's a challenge that will probably change your life: commit yourself to talking to at least one stranger a day for 30 consecutive days.

It can be a simple "hi" if you're walking past a girl on the sidewalk, it can be a short conversation with a waitress or a small talk with a neighbor that you don't know well.

The goal is to start a conversation. After 30 days, you'll probably get used to speaking with random strangers. Congratulations: you are more self-confident than ever before!

Put these three tips to use (make it a challenge!) and I'm sure that you'll quickly greatly improve your confidence. And don't forget the most important tip on how to improve your social confidence - be an action taker!
