Usually though the reason stems from one major issue which is your own self value. In order to have a high confidence level you need to first accept the way that you are. This is totally natural early in life and some people grow out of this problem. Perhaps you hate the way that you talk or walk? Well you need to come with the fact that everyone is different. We all have weird little quarks about ourselves that make us unique.
