Why Am I So Insecure About Myself? Raise Your Confidence Easily!

Why am I so insecure about myself? If you ask yourself that question then you need to seriously consider trying to raise your confidence levels. When you feel insecure it can be a helpless feeling! I am going to show you some of the reasons why you might be insecure about yourself as well as some ways to deal with the problem and raise your confidence.

First let's take a look at some of the reasons why you might feel insecure about yourself below:

- You are always looking at what other people have and wanting what they have. This makes you feel bad because you don't have it and they do. This makes you feel insecure and not confident.

- Maybe people have made fun of you and teased you at a young age when things really embed into your mind. You feel like your not worthy and have always been left out of groups?

- Your not comfortable in your own skin? This is common with young people and they can out grow it. But this is a bad feeling because your always being critical about yourself and over judging yourself too!

So those are some possible reasons why you may feel insecure about yourself. But the number one reason is you don't have much self worth for yourself. You don't value yourself as much as you value other people. I bet you think some people have it better than you right? These are common findings with people who have a low confidence level. The good news is there are ways to deal with these issues and even fix the problem.

How to become more confident:

- Learn to realize everything good that you have to offer. Im sure that you have a ton of things about you that are good that other people don't have.

- Learn to look past your own little faults. Everyone has little faults and it's the way you look at them which determines how much of a problem they are for your life.

- Learn to love yourself more! Instead of asking things like "why am I so insecure about myself" you need to ask questions like "why am I so great?" By focusing on your faults you are only creating negative thoughts about yourself. So start looking at everything that is good about you and make a list. Read that list every night before you go to bed and be thankful for having such good things about you!
