Resume and Interview Tips

A 4 Points Agenda to Win A Group Interview En Route to Job Appointment
By:Catherine Z Jones

Winning a Job Interview is the equivalent of receiving an Interview notification which is nothing more but an opportunity to present yourself as an individual person in an interview session to an employer, and not an appointment to a position: "Nothing more?" So you say. But I move to suggest a: "Nothing less!" course of action to these "make or break" phase of job application.

Fact: Did you know of a person who secured a full-time, long-term, 4 digit starting salary with an opportunity for bonus and a chance for advancement in profession who was awarded with the job appointment which did not initially win a "Job Interview Invitation"? None.

Because every applicant need to initially win an appointment for a group interview before he or she can proceed to a Job Interview proper.

Making the need to win a group interview as a once in a blue moon opportunity a competent applicant will receive to siege the moment to move to snatch the one chance he or she needs to achieve future success.

The 4 Points Agenda:

1.Attention: Applicant need to capture the attention of an institution or an organization by composing a rigid and I personally request an honest to goodness resume for applicants who are pressing to continue his or her career or profession or bio-data for applicant who beginning to apply for a position for the first time in his or her young career. Detailing in chronological order the scholastic and extra curricular activities, membership to an organization that paints at the portrait of the applicant as a distinct individual who defines a goal and aspires of recognition.
2.Interest: Applicant need to reinforce the attention he or she received by creating an interest common to contracting parties such as field of studies, areas of specialization, advocacy as well as common pursuit of excellence.
3.Desire: It is mandatory for an applicant to compel the Human Resource Department that he or she will be an asset to the institution or organization he or she is applying at.
4.Action: Undivided trust in an applicant's aptitude, expertise, behavior and fitness for the appointed position will contribute for the favor of the applicant to move the Executive Department to sign the appointment of the applicant who holds all of the qualifications and non of the disqualifications, who holds the most realizable promise to propel the organization to the heights of excellence and professionalism.
Good luck and see you at the top!
