I don't know, 38 is early middle aged and the big 40 is not far off.If you havent made it by 40,just enjoy life.A 4000 yuan job in China is a good move for a forty year old.There is nowhere to go but down at 40 but the fall can be enjoyable. I am fifty and really enjoying China...might be dead tomorrow and you can't take it with you. Peace.
