In response to Re: Zhejiang Beilun High School- Beilun, Ningbo (Joe the teacher)

That's exactly what I am saying. The Chinese will not stop at exploiting and giving crap to foreigners about not putting in enough work. But at the end of the day after you've given all you've can they will not give a damn about you doing honest work and will kick you to the curb after they feel you have nothing more to give. Health care, permanent residence, and pensions are on the long list of basic requirements which should be given to foreign teachers if you work there. But apparently the chinese think they can treat everyone in the same crappy, indecent manner. The same way they treat their own.

I also think the Chinese government uses this rule as an indirect way of trying to discourage foreigners from staying in China for long periods of time. It seems like we are distrusted by the government here in the PRC!
