All i gotta say is STAY AWAY!!! They are a huge joke. Will switch schools on your AFTER you get to china. will tell you that you get a cool apartment before you get here and then switch it out for a really crappy one on campus of the school. I am speaking from experience. This has not only happened to me but also a couple others I know from the company. If you ask for a raise they will tell you that they have good recommendations from on your monthly reports but they say you have cant get along with a teacher at the school. They will not tell you what the teachers name is and they will tell you that they dont have it in writing. Oh they also will only pay a NATIVE SPEAKER 6000rmb. that sux. Going rate in public schools in China is well over 10,000rmb. Stay away. I know sometimes you see one person saying bad things about a company, but I honestly say i know 3 people who are not satisfied with this place. Also if you want to switch schools they will NOT help you with paperwork like most companies will. They will make you wait till the last day of your contract EVEN if school is done two to three weeks early. And I quote "its NOT our duty to help you". Do you reallly want to work for a company like this???? I sure as hell dont. Thats why I got out of that POS company.
