I feel sorry for anyone who ever works for this company. But anyone who renews their contract with them simply has no respect for themselves. Absolute joke of a company. I finished my contract with them but throughout the year they fired a lot of teachers for petty/trivial (money saving) reasons. From the very beginning they constantly lie to their employees and create and authoritarian work placed environment based around manipulation and fear. Top management is the worst. I have seeing William's darker side, behind that robotic exterior lies a petty and vengeful man. I could write a book on horrible stories about them. Good luck to anyone who takes a job with them, but my advice is simply DON'T. Plenty of other decent employers in Shanghai.
