OK, first off let me say I have worked here for many years and left the company on "good terms" if that is at all possible. Basically, this organization is greedy, cheap, dishonest, and disorganized. Everyone here has hit the nail on the head except for that ridiculous reponse of whoever drank the koolaide. The textbooks are awful, the orientation is a joke, the co-ordinators do not have any background and are not qualified to evaluate. If there is ever a conflict between you and your school Pacican will stab you in the back and give you a good spanking for making them lose face and/or money. Everything is a struggle with William or Hua in terms of communication. Its a totally dead end job where my last yearly raise was an extra 300rmb despite getting perfect evaluations the whole year. The minute you quit you are treated like a pariah. You spend close to four months unemployed on "holiday" with almost no compensation. Your visa ends almost immediately after your contract to prevent you from finding other work. I was told by my new company this is intentional on their part.

If you end up working here do all you can to have a great relationship with your individual school. They will help you more than Pacican ever will.
