There aren't any lies here at all, except the one's I am now answering.

The college is incredibly badly managed, Current recruited staff, three, perhaps four of them are qualified, the rest are being steered to accept a visa under a different job description which is not a lecturers visa. The students pay fees at the college and they are being tricked into believing their lecturers and foreign college staff are qualified.

Two consultants in the college whom do not actually do anything useful are on lecturer visa's while illegally claiming to be consultants to the college. This is being reported to the immigration enforcement office including their names. An investigation will happen.

Regarding pay, no they are not reliable, one employee that gave notice and left is still owed money by the college. I know of three incidences where pay was late.

To work their is like being given a bad acting role in a crazy movie.

The college claims to be going through an English language transition but in truth the core subjects have been taught in English for years, therefore even the language transition claim is totally false. Changing signs and posters around the college does not justify the false claims. The two pretend consultants offer something they call English activity classes for students and staff to practice English but in truth these so called activities rarely actually happen.

Staff are quitting one after another and the response by the managing director is to recruit another 8 and fool them with false promises.

Everything in the college is confusion, mismanagement and with regards to work contracts, visa's and your rightful employment rights in Malaysia, it is all negative.

If you come and work for this college while it is under its current management system you will find everything said about this college is true. Use your time wisely, find an honest, reliable professional employer.
