Avoid Chenzou No. 1 Middle school. I shall make this brief in pithy statements.

1. Accommodation is fit for four legged mammals. If you are offered accommodation you must clean it yourself. I don't mean simple mopping.
2. A consortium of Chinese nationals run the E.A.P program. There are often four people to contend with on educational and domestic matters. They give short shrift if you make a request on a housing maintenance issue.

3. Teaching matters. Should I laugh like a lunatic or stab everybody to death? I'm a formal English teacher by profession in Australia. I have five years experience and I have taught in South Korea too.
3.1 It is an ad hoc E.A.P program. Many of the students will study off shore in Canada and Australia. Students take what they want from learning, if you want to keep the teacher's chair warm, and live in squalor, then this job is for you.
3.2. Materials are very boring to apply and deliver, they have no bearing on students linguistic development or, and language development.
4. I could explain in detail, but I suggest to get the word out.
Avoid Chenzou. No.1 Middle school in Hunan province. And the town is redneck shit hole. Avoid!
