Partner needed (no money needed) for Specialty Online ESL School

Date: 3 October 2016

I am looking for a partner for my specialty niche Online Language school. No money is needed, I do not need a money investor, I want a partner. I hope to find someone that is ready get involved as an owner of an expanding Online Language School.

Must be a native English Speaker from USA, Canada, UK, Australia. English has to be your first language.
Must have a few years of experience teaching ESL.
Must have a 4 year college degree in any field. Business degrees are valuable as this is a business and requires a business mentality.
Must be certified to teach ESL
Specialty certification preferred, I.e. Business, Young Learners, Exam Instruction
Must have appropriate equipment and Internet speed.

There is a lot involved in managing an Online school. The duties of the administration (you and I) range from, writing blog articles, Social Media Management, Website upkeep, managing teachers, managing learning platform, managing students coming and going, bookkeeping, etc. etc.

Please respond with your qualifications or resume. Tell me why you want to run a school on your own.

My school is operating now. There is a beautiful website with lots of traffic and students, all social media pages with content posted everyday, Learning platform and all lessons already prepared. Again, the money investment is not a concern. I would consider taking on the money partner, but it is not a requirement. The issue is that I am growing faster than I can keep up, myself, and I am working at this school full-time every day. This promises to continue to be a profitable school, but it needs the right administration for it to continue to thrive.
