Investors needed to start a school in Jaipur

I would like to start a school in Jaipur ( CBSE ). I have an experience of 24 years as teacher, administrator and Principal of various renowned schools. I would like to have an Investor who could give 20 to 25 crore INR and be the part of the management committee. I have no finance but I will be able to support the school project and programme.
