If you have a pet it must be your first priority.

Yes I did realise that. But I don't know how that has lead you into bearing your heart and soul and assuring me that you love our four legged friends so. I think maybe you confuse love with something else though. Hitler 'loved' his animals so much that they were all poisoned or shot and never left the bunker alive. Maybe many pet owners don't really love their pets...something else, something self-indulgent? But I am no psychologist.
