What Mum Didn't Tell You About What Happens When You Fall In Love
By:Andre Palmer

Your body may behave differently when you're in love compared to when you are not.

That's because the brain interprets your feeling (love) like there is something important going on. Then it tries to prepare the body in different ways. It starts producing a lot of things that makes you feel like you are all over the place.

When you're in love you sometimes feel, or experience just one of those things, sometimes a few and sometimes all these things at once.

Love can be felt in the heart.

Your heart may beat faster than usual when you are in love. Then it can feel like heart flutters in your chest.

The heart pumps the blood faster and with more force to get as much oxygen as possible. The effect on you is that it allows for your to be extra alert, eager and ready for anything when you're in love.

When the heart beats so fast and hard your blood vessels in your body expands. That is why it is easier to turn red in the face, neck and ears when you are in love.

A fast-pumping heart can also make it difficult to sleep at night.

When in love you might feel sad, low or down.

Love can be hard and tough. And things can actually feel unusually hard just because you're in love, which can be very confusing.

It is because of the balance of substances in your body becomes dislodged when you fall in love. For example, your body will produce a bit of a "feel good" hormone called serotonin, on and of, or unexpected. The same thing can happen when you are depressed.

A low-level of serotonin in your body makes it difficult to deal with sadness. Therefore, the hard things in your life, may seem even more difficult when you are in love. It can be both valid stuff that has to do with love, or stuff that is about completely different things in going on in your life.

Being in love, might make you feel calmer then usual.

Love can make you feel cozy quiet and harmonious. It depends on the substance of oxytocin released in your brain when you fall in love.

This can be a real feeling of peace. With oxytocin in your body, you feel relaxed and happy. The muscles relax and you don't care or feel so much pain, if for example you get hurt.

Oxytocin is created by the loving touch. It can be both a physical caress or a feeling of being connected with someone. But that happens only if you really want to touch and be touched.

Oxytocin may also be placed in the body when you pet a pet.

Being in love might make you feel more brave the normal. You may feel unusually brave on day, but shy and nervous the next.

It may feel easier to do things you never would have dared do before. For example, touch, or be closer-then normal to and with the person you are in love with. You might feel that you want to be seen more with the person you love, even if you normally would be to shy to feel this way.

Adrenaline might be released into your body. Epinephrine content in the body is raised usually in a situation when one is exposed to danger. This all give you more-then normal strengths in order to l with solving difficult tasks.

It can be almost impossible to stop thinking about the person or persons you're in love in.

Besides that, like so much about it or them, it may also be due to the emotional part of the brain have lots of more energy when you are in love. This can make the other parts of your brain, or such as your intelligence and memory slowing down. Your brain is focused on your feeling and it sometimes feels like your thoughts get stuck on the person you are in love with that it feels difficult to concentrate on other things.

This can be a hassle, but don't worry after a while the balance between brain parts levels out again and one can think more clearly.

You may feel shaky and clumsy when you're in love, this is because the muscles in your body is on edge.

The brain interprets love as something very important and perhaps dangerous and this can cause your brain to sometimes prepare your muscles to react, even if it's not a dangerous situation.

If you feel stiff and clumsy, you may want to go away for a moment, breathe deeply and shake the limbs to get the muscles in your body to relax.

Being in love can feel like a natural buzz, you may feel drunk in the body of luck.

This is because when you are in this state, dopamine is released to parts of your brain and dopamine serves as a natural drug and allows the brain release extra so-called endorphins in the blood.

Endorphins are the brain's way of rewarding one so that you feel happy when something really good happens. Endorphin levels in the body can increase very much when you're in love.

You Can Get horny when you are in love.

When you're in love, you can be sexually attracted to the person you are in love with. But you can be in love with someone without feeling sexual at all.

The horny feeling in special parts of your body is because of the blood being pumped there.

Heart rate increases and you can start breathing faster. One can also feel the skin becomes very sensitive and warm when you feel attracted to someone.

You can find this article, my blog and more on http://www.whatmumdidnttellyou.com.

But it can increase the load of other things too. A moment of one's favorite place in nature or the best song in the headphones can provide almost the same effect.
