I don't know who you are , and I'm really not interested in you or Shane English who I also don't know , but your attitude is in line with all these money chasing chinese parasites that are running these training schools .
I have spend a number of years in China , and apart from a few , the rest are doing nothing more then promoting human slave trade! They try to hire teachers at the lowest rate , then don't provide the tools required to do their work . These tools are not just of physical nature, but confidence building and counseling,(it is stressful enough for any one to be away from home in this unpredictable country), so How can you criticize any teacher for the way they do their work in china? If you pulled your head out you would see what is happening around you , or maybe you should "find some friends" that will tell you, as it is obvious you don't have many!

Like I said I don't know you or how you teach , however I do know that your Ethical standards are low , and you should be ashamed of yourself siding with these people , in the long term you will find they will turn against you as soon as they can smell an opportunity for another dirty penny for themselves.
