In an attempt to improve service level at one of our sites and in view of turning the company into a franchise system, we would like to hire a couple to man one of our sites.

This is an exceptional opportunity for people who cannot afford to set-up their own venture yet but who believe they have the skills to efficiently run a small operation to gain experience before maybe going independent.

We are looking for a native english speaker with a chinese partner (needn't be married, you may even be only friends) to run one of our sites near Bao'an stadium in Shenzhen.
As a working couple, you would be responsible for manning the place on a full-time basis, organising schedule, planning and delivering lessons, level tests, handling of prospects, and keeping the place in good order.

Two of our sites currently have over 40 contracts and should break through the 50-contract barrier in the coming weeks (september-october being sign-up time) but the site we are looking to staff now suffered two bad terms under the supervision of two different native speakers and as a result we only have currently 12 students here but things aren't too bad, the brand as a whole still enjoys a good reputation locally and we are confident things will pick up quickly with the right people on-board.

What you can expect:
- full support from the franchise owners (although you will not have franchise status, we are still only just in planning stages of becoming a franchise chain)
- training and help with promotion and communication
- a lot of work!!!
- CNY20000 to CNY35000 per month income.

The initial contract will run until the end of the current term only and will include an option for the managing couple to acquire the site under a franchise system.

No smokers, excellent personal grooming required -no jeans and trainers-, good organisational skills necessary, and extra skills a plus (arts, sports, etc...).
