You must be an old timer, not many will know that old forum fable. We's better explain the cock and bull yarn.

Once upon a time in this forum long ago there was a devout Christian who was asked to become a missionary in USA. He dusted off his bibles and took the Word of God to some slum area in America. There, he met a down and out, who oscillated between sleeping in his Mum's basement, needing to run the gauntlet every night of old stinking mattresses piled up in a soggy heap on the steps going down, and dining out in the soup kitchens. To cut a long story short, the kindly Christian, thought the bum (don't think so now) worth saving and found him a teaching position in Beijing, where he flourished thanks to his benefactor printing him out a fake degree- although it should be said he [The Christian] didn't agree with fake diplomas.

I personally think it's nonsense.
