A no-brainer imo! I think food is the spice of life. China comes out top.

Besides, if you're back home and homeless without med insurance, you're a mug. I'd advise you to commit a rather serious crime and confess, to get you banged up in a low-security jail.

Become a burden of the state. The food there will be better than soup kitchen fayre and you will have fellow inmates to mix with. Also free med.
